Description

Suppose if the device is in offline the Server can detect and confirm the Heart beat for every 30minutes then only in the Mobile app it can show the device is in offline.
The Problem is that mean while if the person try’s to ON/OFF Machine, but the device is in offline so they won’t get any feedback from the Machine, then they cannot know what is happening whether the Machine is offline or online.
