Launch the application: http://145.79.0.94:83/superadmin/ in Chrome
Enter valid credentials
navigate to tenant
Add in tenant details, then operation details, and when navigated to Tenant Admin
Observe the behavior
Actual result: The fields throw errors for email, number, and password even before adding them or doing anything to that page at all
Expected result: There should be no errors thrown when landing on that page.
