Description

Launch the application : http://145.79.0.94:83/superadmin/ in chrome
enter valid credentials
navigate to tenant
Click on add tenant
Add in all the details for tenant then click on continue
Then add in Operation details and click on continue
Then add tenant admin details
Click on continue
Observe the behavior

Actual result: The Tenant is not added

Expected result: The Tenant should be added after adding all the details
