Launch the application : http://200.141.7.42:85/ in chrome
enter valid admin credentials
navigate to Users
create a new customer/user account with a valid email address
open the Customer Mobile App
enter the registered customer login credentials
click on Login
observe the message “Please verify your email first”
check the registered email for the OTP
observe the Customer Mobile App
also register/signup a new account directly from the Customer Mobile App
complete the registration with a valid email address
check the registered email for the OTP
observe the page displayed in the mobile app
also click on Forgot Password
enter the registered email address
click on the option to send OTP
observe the behaviour

Actual result:

When a customer account is created from the Admin Panel and the customer tries to log in through the Customer Mobile App, the system displays “Please verify your email first” and sends an OTP to the registered email. However, the mobile app does not redirect the user to the OTP verification page and continues to display the sign-in page.

The same issue occurs when a customer registers/signs up directly through the Customer Mobile App; after registration, the OTP is sent to the email, but the app does not redirect to the OTP verification page.

Similarly, when using Forgot Password, the app displays “Enter email address, we will send you OTP”, but the OTP verification flow is not properly displayed after the OTP is sent.

Expected result:

After the OTP is sent to the registered email, the Customer Mobile App should automatically redirect the user to the OTP verification page where the user can enter and verify the OTP.
