Navigate to the Products module.
Add a product to the Wishlist.
Add the same product to the Cart.
Proceed to Checkout.
Complete the order successfully.
Navigate to the Orders module and verify that the order is processed and its status is Pending.
Navigate back to the Wishlist module.
Observe the behaviour.

Actual Result:

The product remains displayed in the Wishlist even after the order has been successfully processed. The product is shown as "Out of Stock", but it is still present in the Wishlist.

Expected Result:

Once a product is successfully ordered and the order is processed, the purchased product should be automatically removed from the Wishlist.
