Launch the Admin Panel: http://72.61.237.40:90/
Open the application in Chrome.
Enter valid credentials.
Navigate to Salesman Registration.
Click on the Date of Anniversary field.
Enter a date with a year containing more than 4 digits (e.g., 01/01/20256).
Fill in the remaining mandatory fields.
Click on Save/Register.
Observe the behaviour.

Actual Result:
The Date of Anniversary field accepts a year with more than 4 digits, allowing an invalid date value to be entered.

Expected Result:
The Date of Anniversary field should restrict the year input to exactly 4 digits and accept only valid dates in the supported date format. Invalid year values should be rejected with an appropriate validation message.
