Launch the Admin Panel: http://72.61.237.40:90/
Open the application in Chrome.
Enter valid credentials.
Navigate to Masters → Customer Management.
Open the Customer Master screen.
Select a customer with Pending status.
Click on the Approve or Reject button.
Observe the behaviour.

Actual Result:
When the Approve or Reject button is clicked for a pending customer, the system throws a server error and fails to update the customer status.

Expected Result:
The system should successfully approve or reject the selected customer and update the customer status without displaying any server error.
