Navigate to Cart Catalog.
Ensure there are no items in the cart.
Open the Cart page.
Observe the behaviour.

Actual Result:
The empty cart message and action button are displayed only on the left side of the page, while a large blank space appears across the remaining page, resulting in improper page alignment.

Expected Result:
The empty cart page should be properly aligned and responsive. The empty cart message and action button should be displayed in a well-aligned layout without unnecessary blank space.
